Biography
Brooklyn’s DJ & Producer Shiftee has been a leader in live DJ performance and music technology for nearly 20 years. While completing a math degree at Harvard, Shiftee won the first of 2 world DJ championships. Since then he’s toured the globe from Brazil to London to Tokyo, sharing his unique blend of live remixing, honed turntablism, and innovative new technology. His performance videos have garnered over 20 million views on YouTube and Facebook.
Shiftee is also a force in music production and mix engineering. His original songs fuse driving electronic styles with cutting edge hip hop, pop, and r&b and have been featured on Comedy Central, HBO, ESPN, and more.
He has also become a go-to creator for major companies, tailor-making custom music & live performances to complement brand identity & mission. In particular, Shiftee has developed a signature live package for conferences, where he samples speeches and remixes them live on the spot to produce a dynamic, high-energy, memorable experience for the audience.
